Celebrity Golf is Double the Entertainment

For some of us less sophisticated golf enthusiast's celebrity golf brings an image of Bob Barker from the Price is Right, beating the living daylights out of Adam Sandler as Happy Gilmore. Good times!

The amount of money that celebrities can bring in for some very worthwhile charities during celebrity golf tournaments is just incredible and I have to applaud the time and effort that is given by the stars and organizers of these events.

There are several celebrity big-hitters that contribute their time and talent to many of the tournaments such as Bill Murray (my personal favorite), Samuel Jackson, Alice Cooper and Hugh Grant. These guys know how to entertain us on the golf course almost as well as on the big screen and on stage!

Celebrity golfing events are an international fund raising phenomenon. You can find them in the UK, Australia and of course the good old USA as well as the Bahamas. If it is a destination spot you will find celebrity golf!

If you want to have a great time you should attend one of these star filled shin-digs. Watching a good game of golf is always fun but when you get to watch the stars out having a great time playing for a good cause it just can’t be beat!
