Beach Tennis to Sweep the US

One of the hottest new sports to hit the United States in quite some time is Beach Tennis. You take a little sun, sand and the ocean and combine it with the fast paced excitement of tennis and you have created the optimum game called beach tennis!

Beach tennis is played like a tennis game except it uses a regulation beach volley ball court with a ball that is slightly depressurized. There are two players to a team and the ball is hit back and forth with out bouncing. I guess that would be interesting to see a ball that could bounce in sand!

I enjoy tennis the beach and volley ball so if you do too you will love this new and creative sport that allows you to enjoy the best of many worlds. Of course I will need to wear my bikini while I play since I do not want to miss out on an opportunity to work on my tan at the beach!
