Do I Really Need to Know How To Play Tennis?

There are a lot of rules in the game of tennis and I do know most of them. I do not like a lot of them because I would rather just get out there on the court and have fun.

A lot of tennis player friends of mine do not share my sentiments and winning is quite the important goal of the match. I can understand of course and I will comply for awhile anyway and then something tugs at me and I just start having fun tossing rules and proper tennis form out the window.

It is not that I am a great player in fact what irritates most people about me is I am a pretty good player but I guess you could say I am not a serious player. I often get asked if I know how to play tennis and my response is of course I know how to play! I love to play do you?
