Beleive It Or Not; PGA Tour Is Not All Parties

PGA TourNow that the FBR Open has ended the residents of Scottsdale and the surrounding towns can settle back to their normal routines and begin the recovery process from all the rowdy partying that filled the week of tournament activities.

The Crows nest is a famous party spot of the FBR and with crowds of 100,000 people a day pouring into the event it has been said that this is one of the richest and most well attended events in the PGA tour.

Not everybody who came to the FBR was here to party. Did anybody realize that former president George Walker Bush was there to hold a discussion with FBR employees and guests that was moderated by historian Doris Kearns-Goodwin?

Eric Billings held the business conference in the midst of the partying but since his company is the sponsor I would say this plan has paid off quite nicely for the chairman and chief executive of Friedman, Billings and Ramsey Group. (Thus the FBR Open)
